When we come across someone who has the same interests as us, someone who possess some or all of the qualities that we also have and someone who jive in easily to our whole personality, it is believed that we probably like that someone. But sometimes, though a person seems to be likable, we just couldn’t stand being with them or even like them at all.
Man as we are, we can easily like someone’s personality and whole being but at the same level, we can also “not like” someone in just a blink of an eye.
But how do we “not like” someone if he/she seems nice and easy to get along with?
Undeniably, there are only two reasons why we simply don’t like someone:
1. Because that someone is better than us (in the most number of aspects possible)
2. Because we are better than someone (or so we think)
— The former is insecurity. The latter is over confidence.
